i experimented with the amount of sugar in the pumpkin cream cheese icing for these gingerbread cupcakes and ended up with a seriously huge amount of extra icing. naturally, we just piled super-duper high globs of it on each cupcake.

so i've moved from my small town back to the (small) city. not sure what that means for the blog, but i hope to continue it. we shall see. first i have to dig out from under all the boxes.
